A practitioner with over 15 years of professional experience gained both in the international and domestic environment of procurement, sales and project management. She gained her expert knowledge mainly in the retail and wholesale sector and managed as a consultant optimization projects in the FMCG sector, public services and professional services for business.

She worked, among others for Praktiker Polska and for consulting companies such as Kloepfel Consulting or Leanpassion.

Passionate about process and cost efficiency optimization, Lean Management, building effective teams and cooperation.

A graduate of German Studies, holds the title of Executive Master of Business Administration obtained at the Institute of Economics of the Polish Academy of Sciences.

She speaks Polish, German and English.
